40 MINUTE FULL BODY HIIT STRENGTH - Everything you love in a workout is here for you today! Only 40 minutes, so you won't be late for work, 30 minutes of compound strength moves, 10 minutes of cardio and a stretch to finish! This was a fun full body workout, but I have to say my shoulders really felt it! What else is new!? Lol Being a hiit workout, you will leave feeling sweaty and accomplished, so let's do this and move daily!

You will need: A variety of dumbbells, bench or chair or couch to put back leg on for 1 exercise
Format: 2 segments of cardio 5 min each -30 sec work/10 sec rest
2 segments of strength 15 min each - 45 sec work/15 sec rest
